I believe they used to have one as part of a set, but it's been awhile since Stampin' Up! had a ribbon stamp. Many people have wanted one, and now it's here!

One thing I don't like about the current and previous SU! catalog is that the "Under $10" page is at the very end of the catalog--which means it's easy to forget to look at it.
It's page 208 in the current catalog. LOOK AT IT! This stamp, Ribbon of Hope, is one of the great choices.
I've stamped it in pink to support breast cancer awareness. You could also use yellow (waiting for the return of a loved one), blue (high quality or first place), red (HIV/AIDS OR 2nd place), white (opposition to violence against women OR temperance), black (grief OR POW/MIA awareness), gray (diabetes awareness, brain cancer awareness, OR asthma awareness), green (environmental justice), orange (human rights), brown (anti-tobacco, colon cancer awareness, OR colorectal cancer awareness), purple (overdose awareness, domestic violence awareness, and many health awarenesses)--or of course any color of your choice.
Details on my card:
I stamped the ribbon in Pretty in Pink on Whisper White cardstock. Then I overstamped it (thank you, Stamp-a-ma-jig!) with Versamark. Versamark makes the embossing powder adhere, but is colorless, so the pink shows through. Then I put Glassy Glaze Enamel on (very thick embossing crystals for a glass-like look) and heat-embossed.

Here's a close-up of the card so you can see the shiny surface on the ribbon. You can repeat the stamp in Versamark then heat emboss the Glassy Glaze another time or two to really make the surface smooth and shiny.
The white was then placed on a layer of Pretty in Pink, followed by a layer of Melon Mambo (which I ran through the Big Shot with the small dots Texturz plate)--you can see that texture here in the close-up, too. Of course it's all mounted on Whisper White for the cardbase.
So...peruse the entire catalog--many times--you never know what you might miss if you aren't careful! Let me know if you'd like a catalog!
Happy Stamping!
